| Rick Snyder is a Detective Sergeant with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Sgt. Snyder has served in many capacities including Road Patrol, Training, the Sexual and Physical Assault Unit, the Homicide and Robbery Unit, the Domestic Violence Unit and the Marion County Grand Jury.
