| Dr. Andrew is currently Chief Medical Examiner for the State of New Hampshire. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton (1978) and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (1982). Dr. Andrew completed a residency in pediatrics at Cincinnati Children�s Medical Center in 1985 and served as co-chief resident of pediatrics in 1985-1986. He then joined a six-person private practice until 1991 when he returned to the University of Cincinnati for a residency in anatomic pathology. This was followed by a fellowship in forensic pathology with the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in New York City under the tutelage of Dr. Charles S. Hirsch.
While in New York, Dr. Andrew served in the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn before being named Acting Deputy Chief Medical Examiner of Richmond County (Staten Island) where he served until September of 1997 when he was named New Hampshire�s Chief Medical Examiner. He is board certified in pediatrics, anatomic pathology and forensic pathology, and has performed over 3800 autopsies for purposes of investigating sudden, unexpected or violent death. He is a member of the National Association of Medical Examiners, the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Association of SIDS and Infant Mortality Programs and the College of American Pathologists.
